Those usually complain the most. Well-defined work-flow. Fully covered business trips from time to time.
Cons
You get lazy working there. People who happen to enter the company earlier with a salary close to the average one at that time get stuck around the same salary for years! As a result, people who gave their heart and soul to the company end up being paid less than a fresh-new-guy who's just arrived (Yes! Less!). Too much bureaucracy.
