Individuality and varying management styles are not considered. If an employee isn't motivated by money it is hard to maintain happiness in the position. This job is a constant beat down because of a lack of stability. You never know when you are going to walk into a customer and them leave you. A significant amount of this position is also out of your control (late trucks, customers not paying their invoices) but it effects your pay and bonuses. Your travel/phone expenses are not compensated - I have put 40,000 miles on my car in 15 months. Finally, the systems and commissions are always changing. There are so many moving parts that it is hard to keep updated.
