Where do I start? Let's see, district management, a JOKE. No real support unless he's under the microscope, which usually last a few weeks. Our clients can't stand him which makes it difficult for us to either create relationships or keep them. Regional management wants to hear feedback, are fully aware of issues, nothing is done.
Compensation (commissions) are no longer a benefit but they wants us to do 3 times the work, in some cases drive several hours to pickup provisions for customers because there aren't enough selectors and drivers because they keep quitting and we don't even get any gas or mileage compesation for it all while constantly having our jobs threaten.
We demanded to provide our weekly schedules which normally will included making appointments with potential client or existing ones but then we are pulled away for unnecessary "mandatory meetings" and are forced to reschedule our entire appointments which in turn upsets our those potential or existing clients because they had to block those specific times from their busy schedules to accommodate us in the first place.
I can go on and on but, I won't. I'm so disappointed at the direction this company has chosen to go because from where our customers are standing, they don't feel like their businesses are important to us, and from where we are standing (sales), we don't have any support or feel important either. And our competitors are watching it all implode
