Pros

Good Health Benefits and that's about it.

Cons

There is no work life balance and management doesn't care. All developers are asked perform deployments during off hours i.e. 9 pm onwards. 10-12 hrs per day at atleast three times a week. Infrastructure is available to perform day deployments but nobody knows how to use it to increase team efficiency. Work environment is chaotic. Manager doesn't have any control of the team and contractors. Just takes weekly status call and dump duties on to the leads. With inflation, raises were only 2.5%. While other billion dollar companies are investing on the employees, T-mobile is under paying their staff. Developers/Contrators are un-trained and have no coding and testing capabilities. Buggy codes are being pushed out to production to deliver faster. They take feedback but no actions were taken. Lot of trainings are available but with no available time, no one is attending them.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
