Pros
Great colleagues, quality products, and work that matters. Individual teams here are amazing, with fantastic managers and friendly, collaborative colleagues.
Cons
Management is doing their best to retain and stay in touch with employees, but occasionally misses the mark. Examples include insensitivity during a layoff (saying we need to "work smarter" when asked how we should handle the extra workload) and forcing a return to office. Also no bonuses and pay doesn't keep up with inflation.
