Pros

Good benefits, nice building, good 401k match, friendly colleagues, own season tickets to all major Philly sports, always working with local charities

Cons

run too lean, limited opportunities to train for a new position, easy disqualifications from raises/promotions (getting anything below "meets expectations" on any category of your review), some departmental "warring"/non-cooperation, very small raises even for "top performers" (3.5% or less), sometimes place hitting deadlines above making a quality design

Pros

Pay checks are on time.

Cons

Everything else. Raises are terrible. No bonus to speak of unless you already make a lot of money. No room for growth.

Pros

Great people and interesting products. Flexible schedule for most positions. Good benefits.

Cons

Before forced leadership transition in 2019 this company was by far the best place I've ever worked. Very few middle managers and high salary executives. Felt like working for a small family business but with the benefits package from a large company. Culture was amazing and even town hall meetings were enjoyable. Since transition, the company has switched to full on corporate mode. Executives have increased with most providing little benefit. Company is now focused solely on revenue and doesn't care that we are making significantly less profit than we used to when we had less revenue. There is no plan or forecasting, just constant panic in operations. We are doing significantly more work to produce less and make less money. Good employees are leaving faster than we can replace them.
