Pros
Good 401k match, company phone, individual company car for field team. Good meal expense account for the field team, although it might be lowered soon
Cons
Waters taking over has changed TA. Recently all decisions come from the Waters team through managers attempting to break into upper management. The official head of TA isn’t even in the building, she works in the Waters HQ and also has a second role. Company just feels like it’s constantly going down hill. IT is genuinely useless. No room for growth, constant turnover in sales / service, constant cost cutting to justify Water's purchasing of other companies.
