      Growing company with opportunities in retail/commercial banking. TD is more sophisticated than regional banks. Senior management is experienced and knowledgeable. Did not observe high turnover (loyal employees due to strong culture).

      Cons

      Inefficient processes across the footprint makes it hard to do the job. Slow decision making by decision makers. Conservative lending practices.
