Pros
Cannot think of a single one, i’m a level 7 and i guess pay could be worse but for my goals, the pay isn’t even enough.
Cons
Every Quarter i have to 6.4 to 8MM in Mortgages or HELOCs, no problem pretty easy, my problem is the asking for more after that. Micromanaging me to make 3 hours of harassment calls to clients every day even though my targets are hit, asking me to “help the branch” with investing. I miss the days when you would do your job and be praised or left alone, now being good just means you need more work.
