      Habit of keeping executives / senior execs who should not be leaders -- leaders who talk down to people, micro-managed very experienced staff despite having limited or no experience in that field, acted like smartest in the room. # of Employees took leaves due to pressure/stress, heard of many that left company under their leadership. Frequently understaffed
