      Pros

      The pay is more than fair, stock purchase plan is awesome perk, benefit plan is very flexible and the wellness account pays for my golf and the kids sports.

      Cons

      New ideas are not always considered. Micro management is a problem. Sometimes penny wise and pound foolish. Internal processes are often a hodgepodge mess that are prone to error and confusion.
