Delegation of supervisory oversight should be a cause of great concern for senior management in NYC. Very few in management know the systems inside and out nor does mgmt understand the procedures or work entailed and assumed by their staff because there is no checks or balances in seeing if the staff is doing what they should be doing correctly (assuming they are even doing it at all)... Slackers get by very easily at TD because it is so difficult to remove them after the initial 90 days...
