      Pros

      Smart people. Lots of resources. Work on big and interesting transactions with premiere corporations in Canada. Given lots of responsibility and plenty of face time with clients.

      Cons

      Competitive environment, but you can expect that at every ibank. Getting called into work when you are scheduled for vacation.
