      Pros

      Salary is good. You don't have to do much since your manager and coworkers don't work anyways.

      Cons

      Old and bad choices of technology. Still using Outlook for emails. Some websites are filtered like Youtube or Google Doc. Some managers are ignorant of your objective and your role. Culture is corporate meaning everyone is so judgy, 9-5PM, afraid of conversations, blaming each other and hate each other.
