Pros

Extended hours availability Various locations to work at Sales Goal well communicated TD Bank Pride Hyped No Dull Moment

Cons

When training they jam pack more than necessary information into you. Expectations after training are unrealistic. They hype they care about employee too much but when you show a concern they quickly dismiss it and give you a "suck it up nothing is going to change" sugar coated talk. Getting what you need to start as a new hire is a long process. New ideas and thoughts are frowned upon by management. Good luck getting your 30min break even if working ten hour shift. Alot of mistakes with payroll and no notice if your schedule is changed. Just a "sorry" and no empathy how they're mistakes with payroll and no notice shift changes effect your own life and diminish your work effectiveness. They care more about customers and sales than the employee - No Balance.

Pros

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy

Cons

The only way I could do this would probably take about two 2️⃣ hours or less of a break and a few
