Great Company to work for in the Banking sector. There's many opportunities to get promoted and advance your career. The position requires sales skills and being personable. Key metrics used to evaluate performance such as Sales Revenue and Customer Service Scoring. Score high to get recognition, bonuses and eventual promotion.

Cons

You definitely see your potential before your managers do. If you feel like you'd perform better in another role definitely speak up. Always take leadership roles in anything you do, meetings, bank events, charity events.
