      Pros

      Reasonable working hours. There are crunch projects from time to time. But overall reasonable. Good diversification in term of ethnicity , gender, ...etc.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for fast track career advancement. Limited exposure to different aspects of the business. Like any other bank, lots of politics.
