      Pros

      -management is quite friendly -somewhat laid back atmosphere -lots of food -lots of internal job postings, so once you get in you have a chance to apply to a lot of different jobs

      Cons

      -where I worked it was back-office processing work, which can get boring as it is quite repetitive -management shows favourites and this is demonstrated through promotions
