      Great company grounded with sound business ethics. The people are dedicated. Growth opportunities are available if you are looking for them.

      Cons

      Banking isn't for everyone so this goes for all financial institutes. Depending on the area you work in, your opportunity for growth may be limited and slowed compared to others so research is needed if you want to shoot up quick.
