Pros
Secure place to work. As a CSR they are very flexible if you are a student. Good bi-yearly bonus if you worked in a branch depending on how well the branch does.
Cons
Once you start at TD you can't "jump" a certain number of levels. ie, if you graduate in a year, you cant expect to go from CSR to an Analyst role even if you are qualified. However, outside candidates would easily get the job with or without experience. Unfair system.
