      Pros

      Pleasant work environment, to the point, good communication and a great team of developers.

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime is assumed, and abused. When I asked where to charge several 7+h worked on weekends, the answer was: NOWHERE. In the end was back stabbed. Lesson learned.
