TD really emphasizes "wowing" the customer and surveys customers and uses secret shoppers to assess each store's ability to wow their stores. The only customers that complete the surveys are the customers that love to complain or have a grudge so expect bad reviews. Strong emphasis on selling products like when stores had to sell a certain number of credit cards on a single day. It was crazy.
