      Pros

      Great vacation time, especially if you work there more than 6 years. Very flexible with work-life balance. I have a great manager and a good team of coworkers.

      Cons

      My department has become too large and impersonal for my taste. I sit in a windowless room with very small cubicles, which is depressing.
