      free education, free lunches during busy periods,

      Low pay. Every other co-worker is pursuing their CFA as if it will grant them a top position. Basically you will be a glorified order taker, and equal to a secretary. Moving up within TD only brings incremental, minute, salary increases for an incredibly more demanding job.
