Pros

Tons of opportunity, growing and financially-stable large bank. If you're career oriented you can work your way up the ladder especially if you have receptive management. Their development and coaching models are effective when they're used fairly and management is enthusiastic. The amount of vacation time they give you is ridiculously awesome.

Cons

There is too much turnover along the entire footprint and a lot of it is due to the discrepancies of the locations in quality and service. The internal raises are terrible, and everyone knows the only way to get more money is to get promoted, so people chase promotions to get the money without being ready, and end up getting overworked, overwhelmed, or worse case, terminated. The bank is growing too quickly and the good people are being spread too thin or and are looking elsewhere for more stable jobs in order to not burn out.

Pros

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy

Cons

The only way I could do this would probably take about two 2️⃣ hours or less of a break and a few
