Pros
- Pension if you stay for life..... - wellness spending account on benefits was kind of nice - co-workers are usually cool and down to earth - Some branch managers are great but there a rare bread these days
Cons
- Management pushes unethical and borderline illegal sales tactics - policy/rules change everyday and is impossible to follow all of them - Most people start at the branch, try to claw their way up the corporate ladder, a great education, networking, strong sales, people skills and work ethic still not enough to get into corporate because thats where all the VP's kids have jobs ! - low salary and bonus is poor
