      Pros

      Opportunities to earn bonuses as long as your sales numbers are good.

      Cons

      The only thing this company cares about is how much money you are bringing them. Employees can be mistreated badly by management and the Company allows it even if you go to Human Resources. TD's in the South are managed by snobs who look down on their staff and even customers.
