Over exaggerated enthusiasm and unrealistic sales goals considering the employee turnover - Anonymous employee TD Employee Review

Most upper management is very disrespectful and rude. Unrealistic sales goals and employee turnover is horrible. Priorities are unbalanced, diversity is crucial however LGBT mission is forced down the throats of employees. Accountability for top management in regards to bad behavior is not addressed, many SVPs of Retail should be replaced with more professional behavior leaders.
