      Pros

      Flexible work options that allow some to work remotely/from home. I think that's it.

      Cons

      Incompetent and ever-revolving management who don't actually 'manage' anything. Bad work culture which attracts people who are either complacent or unprincipled. Corporate culture which believes in 'six sigma' - that speaks for itself. Atrocious when it comes to technology - applications dating from the 80s. A culture of cheapness abounds - endless potlucks, outdated software. HR and management are incompetent when it comes to hiring talented/smart people.
