      Pros

      Opportunity to learn new technologies related to the banking industry; salary relative to duties/ responsibilities.

      Cons

      Treatment of employees. Very little work-life balance, no emphasis on employee well-being, such as an onsite gym or daycare for those with young children. Not good management or emphasis on growth or improving one's skills. No loyalty (i.e., loyalty of management with their employees).
