Pros
Company provides a great name in the industry which ultimately leads to a large, trusting customer base. Commerce Bank (the original dominate regional bank pre-takeover) was well-known for customer service.
Cons
Organizational communication is misleading, minimal, almost non-existent... especially during times of increased uncertainty. The nature of the customer friendly bank attracts many risk-adverse clientele. As a result, the quantity of bank customers does not necessarily translate into a large number of investor clients.
