Pros

Clean office. Nice coworkers. No micro-management.

Cons

The max salary is $36,000. Salary reviews are in September BUT they don't pay you the new salary until the next year. They tell you what your "Christmas bonus" is but pay it in 2 parts....... one part after Christmas and the other part in Feb or March. Without your bonus, you feel like you are earning less than someone else in another industry doing admin work. With the bonus you feel like you make a comparable amount to someone in an admin/ secretary role in oil/ gas. Christmas dinner is 50% covered by the company. They try to find a supplier to pay half the bill. If you join the employee stock option plan, you can't quit unless you quit the place. They want you to believe they pay people based on merit but their actions don't say that. People who know less but are favored by management get paid more. People who get paid less who speak up are told that they have not been at the company long enough.

Pros

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy

Cons

The only way I could do this would probably take about two 2️⃣ hours or less of a break and a few
