      Pros

      Work-life balance is great, a fantastic job to hold when you are older as it is incredibly stable. The technology moves at a very nice pace if you're looking to settle.

      Cons

      Depending on your stage in life, TD might not be right for you yet as its pace might not be right for you. Salaries do not change much, you cannot jump bands easily unless you network or jump teams.
