      Pros

      Really not very many pros worth mentioning. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Micromanagement. Rampant hypocrisy Upper management has too much faith in their Team Leads. Management is very close minded, I've had more useful discussions with a wall. HR seems powerless to assist employees asking for assistance. Coaching is a farse. They do not coach for sucess.
