      Culture, people, the Canadian influence into the U.S. business helps with diversity, inclusion, and team collaboration.

      Cons

      Diversity only at entry to sr. manager levels. Strong culture on employee experience but not everywhere. Retail and in the past the call center had strong culture environments; not recently though.
