Promotions arbitrary and corrupt - Anonymous employee TD Employee Review

You don't want to stay with the company for too long: the culture is in-bred, and with them its who-you-know not how-you-do. Some of the worst employees I knew were promoted to the higher levels. It seemed like the more incompetent you were the more you got promoted. This company is truly rotten on the inside -- the HR department is particularly rancid -- they have zero accountability for their actions.
