      Pros

      Good entry level pay and very good benefits. The work from home arrangement during COVID have been good beyond my personal expectations

      Cons

      Management does not care about your growth as much as it does your numbers. Sounds cliché but you do end up feeling and being treated like a number. The IT systems are painfully slow and glitchy.
