      Many nice, well-meaning people work for this pseudo-bank.

      Cons

      The top performers invariably move to an institution in which their productivity is rewarded, both financially and through meaningful recognition. Those who stay are comfortable, middling performers, set in their ways and too relaxed to push themselves or to expand in new directions.
