      Great benefits and awesome co-workers, great education and resources available

      Cons

      Cut backs by those who don't work in a branch, ie fewer tellers and greeters, increased expectation on other branch staff to pick up the slack while goals are ever increasing. More money spent on micromanaging and analyzing past activities, rather than supplying sufficient staff to provide customer service.
