      Pros

      Great work flexibility and accommodations. You can literally work from anywhere in this company. In addition, the company is involved with many social and philanthropic causes.

      Cons

      Widespread endemic and rampant cronyism with leadership. Company appears less interested in performance and much more absorbed with cliques. The expression “it is who you know” has been elevated to an art form.
