      Excellent benefits package; senior management are very approachable; everyone is friendly and approachable; Great at accommodating to workstation issues (i.e. ergonomic assessment, wrist-friendly keyboards and mousepads)

      Cons

      Work life balance options (like working from home or taking a day off after working long hours) needs to be more consistent
