      Clean and climate controlled environment

      Cons

      Hours of work are way beyond what they hired you for. Eg. 37.5 hour work week can turn into well beyond 50 hours. Managers don’t qualify for OT or lieu time and are required to work from home with remote access on top of their regularly scheduled work shifts.
