very negative environment, over worked under paid, no respect, they treat you as property not as a person, the management acts as if they own you and nit-pick every piece of work and find any negative on a daily basis, then all of those negatives are lumped together for your annual review with no way to redeem. It seems like a deliberate effort to suppress growth and raises while management self promotes.
