Pros
Decent benefits and pension. Opportunity to move over to the bank if that's your interest. They have comprehensive flexible work options
Cons
Upper management doesn't understand the insurance industry. They put bank executives in technical roles they're not qualified for. The VPs are uninspiring and clearly think they're very important- no real leaders at that level.
