      Pros

      There a number of reasons that TDCT is a good place to work including but not limited to benefits, pension, incentive plans, personal development plans

      Cons

      The major downside to working with such a large corporation is that you get lost, although there is internal advancement encouragement, it is political and I believe that they often loose amazing people as a result.
