      Pros

      - working in a financial environment allows you to be more exposed to markets - able to quickly learn about the financial industry and all of the departments within the banking world - benefits, 9-5 hours, stability, growth

      Cons

      - management amongst different retail branches are inconsistent - retail salaries are not very good and do not allow positive work/life balance - employees are measured on too many metrics in order to succeed - managers are over worked and put under too much pressure to meet the expectations of the company
