Good experience with lots of learning opportunities. Some people are really good but their is still lots of politics going on. Your experience can be the best depending on which manager you got! Great growth opportunities.
Cons
Job security is a big issue these days. I guess because TD being sued for money laundering. HR is very bias, and the top management cares about their promotion and no one owns you as everyone is caring about their promotion and job security so one is eager to guide one!
