good start flexible hours for the students

Cons

no opportunities to move up without related education in Canada unnecessary frequent coaching letting the customers walk over staff promoting unexperienced and immature managers to the only service manager lots of policies no opportunites for individual that doesn't have second language not enough training to new staff frequent system problems and troubleshooting inappropriate way of rewards

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy
