Pros
TEKsystems offers fantastic training and I truly feel like I've gone professionally hear. My particular office has a great workplace culture and I enjoy everyone I work with. Leadership is empathetic and understanding, and there's a lot of opportunity if you stay long term.
Cons
The market is horrible, and when it's horrible, it's hard to make headway, no matter how skilled you are. Furthermore, there's been a lot of attrition with their account managers, so the relationships we've had with our top clients has diminished. You can find the perfect candidate, but you will often be ignored by the tenured account managers who remain because they don't know you and don't want to bother to get to know you. It can be kind of rat race. Also, the entry level salary isn't much to live on. There a clear paths to earn more income, but with the market the way it is, there are loads of people who aren't getting pay bumps.
