Pros

I started as a CF in this company, left to explore the travel industry an intentionally came back after getting a taste of other therapy companies I will not name. I've been promoted internally to DOR of my facility and TMC continues to feed the growth of my career. They reimburse for CEU's and state/national licensure. HUGE perk!! My husband and best friend now work for TMC as well. Upper management makes their presence in its facilities and you'll even know the CEO's name and face. There are countless ways to move around in the company, grow your skills, feel empowered, feel LISTENED to, and just feel welcome.

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
